The sales department is also responsible for monitoring shipping and respect of delivery deadlines.
Quality Requirements
The regularity of the specific contact pressure around the entire ring is obtained thanks to the regularity of the radial thickness.
In the engine, the wearing in of the ring on and by the cylinder is relatively fast. In other applications, hydraulic for example, there is little or no wearing in process; the contact between surface and groove wall requires practically no wearing in. The ring surface state must therefore be adapted to the required use. For this reason, we strongly recommend you provide exact details of the application conditions for the rings ordered in order to correctly adapt the parts to their environment.
Total respect of flatness, warp, parallelism, square, etc. quality requirements is essential.
Our products undergo quality inspections at all manufacturing stages. Our QUALITY department ensures the products delivered are fully compliant with customer specifications.
SPC checks may be carried out upon request with a price supplement.
