Production capacities  

The workshops are equipped to produce rings with diameters ranging from 8 mm to 360 mm. The manufacture of rings with larger diameters is sub-contracted.

Theoretically, all types of rings may be produced: rectangular, taper, barrelled, combined and slotted oil control rings, bevelled edge or double bevelled oil control rings... In the same way, all cut forms are possible: vertical, oblique, with notches, overlapping, bayonet...

The hard chromium plating as well as the air tempering heat treatment processes are sub-contracted.
Volume: the optimum monthly production capacity is 750,000 rings of all types.

Our flexible organisation as well as the computer processing and follow-up of orders allows us to process around 200 orders for various parts each month with volumes from 5 to 250,000 pieces.
The manufacturing lead-in time is around 10 weeks depending on the type of ring required and the availability of raw materials. The parts are manufactured to order (open). Our file database comprises over 40,000 part references of all makes.

Our production capacity is currently being developed along two lines: machining of medium diameter rings (40 mm) with trapezoidal form and machining of small diameter sealing rings (25 to 50 mm) for hydraulic applications in large volumes.
